nutrition coaching
Creating balanced and nutritious meals can be confusing, especially if you consume content online. My nutrition clients find that coaching helps them learn what works for their body & specific needs and how to create meals that are both satisfying & energizing.
60-minute virtual 1:1 coaching calls, scheduled for one day per week for at least 12 weeks. These calls center around a particular goal and often involve addressing sleep and recovery practices, exercise routines, stress management, and other lifestyle habits that will help you reach your ultimate goal.

remote training program
Receive a written training program so you can still train with direction, intention, and individualization, while performing your training sessions on your own time. Train wherever and whenever you want.
Training programs are 8 weeks in duration and include one 60-minute 1:1 call. Programs are written to accommodate your goals, your body’s needs, and your available equipment.
