      <image:caption>When I’m not coaching clients and creating exercise programs, you can catch me walking my dog in Venice, going to dance classes, or catching up on a new show or book. Intentional movement has been a part of my life since I was a little kid, when I started taking ballet classes. I totally fell in love with dance and over the years found a passion for fitness and exercise in general too. I realize that not everyone has a positive experience with exercise, so I use personal training to help my clients enjoy the work that goes into achieving their fitness goals. After years of dancing, I developed tendinitis in both legs which prevented me from running and doing other high-impact activities for years. I have experienced first-hand what it’s like to let pain and injury dictate what my body can do, as well as the freedom and confidence that comes after healing and taking action to change those circumstances. Working with people to find what kinds of movement work for their body excites me. By incorporating efficient movement, optimal nutrition, and strategic recovery practices, my clients find peace in their bodies and satisfaction in life.
